Kaleigh is POTTY TRAINED, completely. This is quite frankly the best thing ever to happen in my life. No more diapers, no more late night runs to get diapers, and to say it again NO MORE DIAPERS!!! :) Every day gets better and better. At this point she will go to the bathroom by her self and rarely pees during the night. I'm amazed at how quickly she mastered this skill.
I'm now busy planning Kaleigh's 3rd Birthday Party!! Can you believe this? We are having her party in Prestonsburg this year in hopes that this will accommodate our families better. She has requested a Princess themed party, so we are working on that now. For those of you who like to plan a head, her party date is JULY 7th from 2:00-4:00 at the Adventure Fun Dome in downtown Prestonsburg.Her actual birthday isn't until the 16th but unfortunately this date didn't work well with everyone's busy schedules.
Our Vacation is coming up! We are leaving July 28th and heading towards Myrtle Beach. Ka is super excited and I can't wait for her to experience the Beach once again. We had such a blast together last year I know this year will be even better. Counting down the days......
For those of you who don't know, I am going back to school in the Fall. I have decided I wanted to go to Nursing School to be an RN. I'm a little nervous because I hear EKU's program is tough and very competitive. My classes begin in August and I'm applying for the spring program in October after taking the Nursing Admissions test. I've been studying and I feel pretty confident in myself :)
At this point in my life I am probably the happiest I've ever been. I've let go of all the drama surrounding me and hopefully things will be this way from here on out :) I'm so blessed to have Brentton and Kaleigh. I truly don't deserve them. It seems like things will be getting a little more complicated once Fall begins but I know I can do anything and adding one more thing to my plate won't slow me down :)
